Berries with Banana Cream

This delicious dessert is perfect for these summer days in North Carolina! And even better, you get to use your SNAP dollars. There is something to be said about fruit covered in yogurt, chocolate, or anything!  It really takes healthy dessert to the next level

Makes: 4 Servings

⅓ cup yogurt, plain, non-fat
1 ripe banana
1 Tbs fruit juice (orange works well)
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 tsp honey
1 dash cinnamon


  1. Combine yogurt, banana, and juice and mash with a fork until most chunks are gone.
  2. Wash and slice berries.
  3. Top the berries with the yogurt banana mixture
  4. Top with honey and cinnamon
